Job Description

We are looking for a requirements analyst who will work as procurement support in two larger procurements, responsible for being the link between the business and IT. The assignment includes developing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements according to LOU, designing RFI, analyzing incoming responses, and formulating evaluation models and criteria. You will also assist in the evaluation of bids, manage questions during the procurement process, and ensure that requirements are transferred to contracts.

The role involves contributing specialist expertise in requirements specification, IT security, operational environment, and implementation, as well as driving the work of developing requirement documentation in close collaboration with relevant projects. The assignment also includes contributing to the development of internal working methods within requirements specification and procurement.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have an academic degree (IT, economics, purchasing, or equivalent)
• You have at least 5 years of experience in developing procurement documentation and requirements specification according to LOU
• You have at least 3 years of experience with IT and information security requirements in procurements
• You have at least 3 years of experience with accessibility legislation in the public sector
• You have at least 5 years of experience with LOU and relevant regulations
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience in developing process descriptions, checklists, and methodological support for bid/request documentation

Desirable Requirements

• You have experience with integration of procured systems with existing infrastructure
• You have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• You have experience collaborating between IT, procurement, and business
