Your main tasks

As a system engineer, you will work with the operation, maintenance, management, and development of technical systems and associated hardware, such as check-in systems and information screens used operationally in the terminals. The work involves installation, troubleshooting, and testing of hardware and software. Most systems run in a Windows environment, but you will also come into contact with Linux. You will be based at Arlanda, but travel to other locations may occur. Working hours are daytime, 07:30–16:00, and on-call duty at home occurs outside regular working hours.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you have experience in IT work, such as a network administrator, network technician, system technician, or support technician. You are accustomed to working in both Windows and Linux environments and have a relevant high school education. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of network and server environments, can document technical solutions in Swedish and English, and are comfortable working independently as well as in projects. A manual B driver's license is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience with Linux server operations, SCCM and application packaging, Active Directory and policy management, as well as if you have higher education, certifications, or experience with ITIL and other management models. We are looking for someone driven by development, who is structured and responsible, and enjoys a role where order and tidiness are a given. You are confident in yourself, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and appreciate collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Your problem-solving ability allows you to see opportunities even in challenging situations.
