You will enter at an important stage where an already implemented project tool, Antura, is to transition from implementation to stable management in a municipal operation within community building. The assignment involves completing the remaining parts of the implementation while creating conditions for a long-term, clear, and sustainable working method.

You will work closely with the organization to clarify roles, responsibilities, and structure around project work. Procedures, guidelines, templates, and supporting documents need to be refined so that they work in practice and provide the right support in daily work. At the same time, there are remaining functions in the system and integrations with other systems that need to be advanced in an orderly manner.

This is an assignment for you who enjoy combining process management, project management, and training. You will have a central role in creating security in the transition to management, building a sustainable working method, and ensuring that users have the knowledge to work effectively in Antura.

• Lead the work to finalize the implementation project and take the solution further to management.
• Create structure for working methods, including clear role descriptions and distribution of responsibilities.
• Refine procedures, guidelines, templates, and supporting documents for project work in Antura.
• Plan and drive the implementation of remaining functions in the system.
• Coordinate and follow up on remaining integrations with other systems.
• Train users to ensure they have sufficient knowledge to work in the tool.
• Lead steering groups and create clear anchoring in the various parts of the assignment.
• Hand over projects, working methods, and knowledge to the designated management organization.

• You have led an implementation project of Antura in an urban development administration or a similarly complex organization.
• You have documented experience as a seasoned trainer and have at least 3-5 years of experience in this.
• You have documented experience in leading steering groups and have at least 3-5 years of experience in this.

• Experience of working in a municipal context.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Health and wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
