You will step into a central architect role in a larger IT transformation where a modern and scalable end-to-end logistics platform is being built. The environment includes a new ERP, new WMS, and an upgraded TMS landscape, focusing on integrating processes, data flows, and solutions throughout the logistics chain.

Here, you will work in a complex organization with high demands for robustness, integration, and long-term sustainability. You will be a key person in the overall design work and collaborate closely with the business, architects, system teams, and external suppliers to create a cohesive and future-proof logistics solution.

• Develop and maintain the technical and functional solution architecture for TMS as part of the future logistics platform.
• Ensure that TMS solutions harmonize with ERP, WMS, and the master data landscape, supporting cross-functional logistics processes.
• Design robust, scalable, and long-term sustainable integrations between TMS and adjacent systems, such as order and inventory systems, forecasting and planning tools, finance and invoicing flows, carrier portals, telematics, and master data.
• Lead design work in close collaboration with the business, architects, system teams, and external suppliers.
• Act as an advisor and technical requirement setter in the joint end-to-end design to enable an efficient and future-proof logistics solution.
• Contribute to ensuring that solutions adhere to established design principles, architecture models, and documentation standards.

• 10+ years of experience with larger TMS, ERP, or Supply Chain platforms.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, particularly transportation, inventory flows, master data, and order management.
• Previous experience as a solution architect or functionally responsible in larger transformation projects.
• Good technical understanding of integrations and modern integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into sustainable and realistic system design.

• Experience from FMCG, wholesale, or grocery logistics.
• Good knowledge of logistics systems and logistics environments.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
