Responsibilities and Tasks
As an IT security specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and developing the Payment Authority's work with information and IT security.
You operate in the intersection of management, governance, and operations, where your mission is to ensure that security is an integral part of the authority's operations.
In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally to support and monitor security in the authority's internal system development. You will work on developing and managing the authority's methods, processes, and governing documents within the IT security area. You will also contribute to integrating the security perspective into the authority's operational development, architecture, and planning. Furthermore, you will ensure that requirements, guidelines, and established practices are followed, and that the security perspective is included throughout the development process. You will also participate in requirement setting and follow-up of IT security related to external suppliers.
The role is located in the Payment Authority's security unit.
We are looking for someone who has
- post-secondary education in areas such as computer science, information security, or IT security,
- at least three years of relevant work experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or information security,
- experience working with governance, monitoring, and compliance within the IT security area,
- experience in developing, implementing, and following up governing documents, guidelines, or practices within IT security or information security,
- experience working with IT systems or digital services with high security requirements,
- experience translating security requirements into practically applicable solutions in the organization,
- good ability to communicate in Swedish.
It is advantageous if you also have
- experience supporting and educating in secure system development,
- experience in requirement setting and follow-up of security towards suppliers,
- experience in IT security architecture and/or IT architecture,
- experience in risk analyses and security assessments related to system development or IT management,
- certification in IT security or information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
Skills and Abilities
To succeed in the role of IT security specialist at the Payment Authority, you are self-driven, stable, and clear. You are also structured, have good collaboration skills, and possess a good overall perspective.
Other
The place of employment is in Stockholm. The authority is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. Security clearance may be required. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. You may be assigned to the authority in case of war.
