Job Responsibilities

As an agile coach at a strategic level, you will act as an organizational and leadership developer. You will be a key person in the IT organization's transformation journey towards creating a more agile way of working. You will coach management teams, develop agile strategies, and ensure that the agile framework is aligned with the organization's business goals and culture. Your work should have a long-term impact on organizational structure, leadership, and value creation, and you will have a long-term strategic responsibility for development in the area.

The assignment includes the following job responsibilities:

• Coach and support management teams, middle managers, and other key personnel in IT in agile leadership.
• Drive and facilitate the work of analyzing current ways of working and developing agile strategies and change plans that increase the IT organization's efficiency and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure that agile methods (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Spotify model) are adapted to the organization's needs.
• Lead the change and cultural transformation.
• Identify obstacles at the organizational level and facilitate solutions.
• Evaluate and improve the agile maturity in the IT organization.
• Train in agile methods, mindset, and principles.

Competence – Requirement 1

• At least 15 years of experience in change management.
• At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated role as an agile coach.
• At least 5 years of experience leading agile change efforts in medium to large organizations (at least 500 employees).
• At least 5 years of experience coaching management teams at the highest level in IT organizations with at least 150 employees in agile ways of working.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a manager and in that role being a member of and working in the top management team for IT organizations with at least 150 employees.
• Experience with at least 3 agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Spotify model.
• At least 15 years of experience in workshop facilitation.
• The consultant must have experience leading courses and giving presentations at conferences in the agile field. This must have occurred at least five times.

Value-added requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an agile coach in the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in highly classified security operations.
