We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented individual for our client who wants to take a key role in an exciting digitalization journey - where you will help shape both the role and the future of the business.

About the position This is a new role with significant responsibility and a broad mandate to shape the content over time. Essentially, it is about driving a sales transformation and accelerating the company's digitalization with e-commerce at its core.

In this role, you will drive sales through the company's e-commerce platform and be responsible for managing and further developing e-commerce, other IT platforms, accounts, integrations, and AI solutions. You will actively work on driving internal efficiency and digitalization projects. The role also involves overall responsibility as a contact person for external partners and suppliers, where you formalize agreements regarding services and support. In addition, you will develop and conduct internal training.

A central part of the role is to transition customers from manual handling to structured, efficient system flows. It is as much about change management as it is about technical development, and your responsibility will therefore be to establish and nurture close customer relationships that ensure a well-functioning collaboration.

You will work closely with the business with short decision-making paths and great opportunity to influence, which requires you to take your own initiatives, drive your work forward, and enjoy taking responsibility. For the right person, this is a role where you can truly make an impact.

Your success in the role will be measured among other things by sales volume and user growth on the e-commerce platform, utilization of AI tools, the proportion of automated flows in key processes, and lead time from identified improvement issues to implemented solutions.

You likely have an engineering background and a genuine interest in how systems and solutions are interconnected. You know what it takes to navigate in a technical environment without losing the commercial perspective - and it is this combination that makes you effective in a sales role.

You have experience in B2B sales and understand the dynamics that characterize that type of customer relationships. ERP systems are not foreign to you, and if you also have a background in e-commerce and integrations, we see that as a significant plus.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Other You will belong to a tight-knit team of about 10 people and work in an environment characterized by presence and collaboration, so we see that you enjoy working on-site at the office. Location: Stockholm Scope: Full-time 100% (38 hours/week) Start: Immediately, or at the latest by August 31
