We are looking for a responsible, flexible, and social System Administrator/ICT Pedagogue who wants to drive the school's digital development and ensure that both technology and the pedagogical use of digital tools work in the best way possible. The role combines responsibility for the school's system environment with a pedagogical mission to enhance the digital competence of students and staff.

Job Responsibilities

System Responsibility & Technical Operations

As a system administrator, you will:

• Be responsible for the school's IT systems and digital tools. The role includes operation, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks (e.g., computers, iPads, projectors, AV equipment, networks, and printing systems)
• Administer local system functions
• Participate in planning and purchasing digital tools and IT equipment
• Contribute to IT security routines and good data protection processes
• Coordinate with external IT and system providers
• Ensure that systems and data are managed according to applicable security and privacy requirements

Digital Development & Pedagogical Support

As an ICT pedagogue, you will:

• Inspire, guide, and educate educators on how digital tools can be used in teaching
• Provide support and guidance to students in the use of digital resources (depending on the design of the position)
• Plan and conduct professional development, workshops, meetings, and pedagogical forums focused on ICT and digital learning
• Be involved and proactive in the school's digital strategy and contribute to development projects within the organization
• Monitor digital trends, learning tools, and school development and share relevant news and insights with colleagues

Training, Inspiration & Support for the Organization

• Conduct IT training for staff, targeted at specific needs (e.g., AI tools, M365, digital work environment)
• Plan and hold workshops and inspiration sessions on digital opportunities and working methods
• Be a pedagogical resource during the introduction of new systems or digital tools and support the organization during changes and implementations
