You will step into a central role in a larger IT transformation focused on building a modern and scalable end-to-end logistics platform. The assignment revolves around Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and how WMS interacts with ERP, TMS, and surrounding applications in a complex logistics landscape.

Here, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical and functional solution architecture and creating a holistic design that supports processes, data flows, and long-term goals. You will work closely with the business, architects, system teams, and external suppliers, with a strong focus on robustness, scalability, and clear system roles. • You develop and maintain the solution architecture for WMS within the future logistics platform.
• You ensure that solutions within WMS harmonize with ERP, TMS, master data, and cross-functional logistics processes.
• You design robust, scalable, and sustainable integrations between WMS and surrounding systems, such as order and transport systems, planning tools, WCS, and master data flows.
• You lead design work and quality assure architectural decisions in close collaboration with the business, project managers, product teams, architects, and external suppliers.
• You translate business needs into sustainable and realistic system design.
• You support the work with a common integration and information model for logistics flows.
• You contribute to the overall design related to WMS, ERP, and TMS to enable more efficient rollouts, clearer system roles, and reduced complexity.
• You ensure that the solutions adhere to established design principles, architecture models, and documentation standards.

• You have 10+ years of experience with larger WMS/Supply Chain platforms.
• You have a deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, particularly warehouse flows, master data, and order management.
• You have previous experience as a solution architect or functionally responsible in larger transformation projects.
• You have good technical understanding of integrations and modern integration patterns.
• You have the ability to translate business needs into sustainable and realistic system design.
• You can balance functional needs with important quality attributes such as performance, robustness, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• You can work cross-functionally and anchor design decisions both in the logistics operation and within the architecture function.

• Experience from FMCG, wholesale, or grocery logistics.
• Good knowledge of logistics systems and logistics environments.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
