You will be part of a technically advanced environment where you develop platform-close real-time applications for maritime command systems. Here, you will work closely with both software and the underlying platform, with significant responsibility for the entire development chain. • Be responsible for requirements management, design, implementation, and testing of software.
• Plan and drive your work independently within functions related to maritime command systems.
• Develop platform-close and hardware-close real-time applications.
• Work with Linux environments, primarily Debian and Ubuntu, as well as operating system-related functions.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and system tests.
• Collaborate through pair programming and contribute to large-scale software development.

• At least 10 years of experience in developing platform-close real-time applications, with the majority in hardware-close development.
• Very good experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and operating system-related functions.
• Very good experience with C/C++, Visual Studio, Java, and Golang.
• Experience in developing automated unit, integration, and system tests.
• Experience in pair programming.
• Experience in large-scale software development.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
