You will be part of an agile GIS team at a socially important player in the energy sector. Here you will work with large amounts of geodata in SQL Server and contribute to the management and further development of GIS support for the transmission network.

The environment is based on ESRI's ArcGIS platform with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server in combination with FME. You will play an important role in an organization where quality, stable operations, and close collaboration between IT, management, and operations are crucial.

• Participate in the management of existing GIS applications.
• Further develop solutions by participating in technical requirement specifications and developing new features.
• Configure applications and services in ESRI's platform.
• Provide support to internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with other IT managements, operations organizations, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and conduct tests in connection with the development and implementation of applications.
• Manage IT incidents, participate in troubleshooting, and coordinate efforts.
• Update system documentation, including operational and management instructions as well as system dependencies.

• You have at least 5 years of relevant and current work experience given the role's tasks as outlined in the assignment description over the last 10 years.
• You have at least 5 years of experience working as a GIS specialist with ESRI's products such as ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Server.
• You have at least 3 years of experience configuring applications in ESRI's platform, such as Survey123 and Experience Builder.
• You have at least 1 year of experience working with site/hub in ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online.
• You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• You have worked on at least 2 assignments where Python has been used in a production environment.
• You have experience with structured code, such as modules and packages.
• You have experience with error handling with exceptions.
• You have experience with testing, such as pytest or equivalent.
• You have experience with version control in Git.

• Permanent employment with Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
