You will be responsible for ensuring that game content is ready for global launch through effective localization processes. The role combines language expertise, project management, and technical understanding to enable high quality in multilingual delivery.

• Support developers and writers in internationalization and text preparation

• Ensure translatability and cultural adaptation of content

• Lead and support external translation and LQA teams

• Manage issues, bugs, and communication with publishers/LSPs

• Set up and optimize localization workflows, tools, and middleware

• Structure and maintain string databases and term databases

• Ensure timely delivery with the right quality

• Identify and mitigate linguistic and technical risks

• Manage changes in scope and timelines

• Effective and scalable localization processes

• High-quality translations and language reviews

• Well-structured text and term databases

• Clear communication and management of external partners

• Stable pipeline for global release

• BA in languages, linguistics, or translation

• At least 3 years of experience as a translator or LQA tester

• Solid experience in localization project management within gaming or similar production

• Experience with CAT tools and text management middleware

• Strong understanding of string databases and text flows

• Very good English and at least one additional language

• Experience in internationalization and culturalization

• Experience in proofreading, editing, and terminology work

• Experience in VO/subtitling

• Experience with American English as the source language

• Experience working in global teams

• Deep understanding of cultural differences in game production
