About the position

Along with your colleagues at the Service Desk, you will be the initial contact with our customers. This means you will answer phone calls, register cases, and solve problems with customers' computers and servers. Much can be handled from the office or home via remote control, but sometimes it requires going out to the customer to assist on-site. Some technicians also have staffing assignments one or a few days a week. You may also participate in projects when, for example, a new customer is to be migrated to our technical platforms.

As your experience and knowledge grow, you will take on more responsibility and can transition to 2nd line after a period, where you will work longer on problems and focus more on servers, networks, and other infrastructure. Our Service Desk team currently consists of about 12 technicians but also collaborates closely with other technicians and consultants. In total, we are approximately 27 people on the technical side.

About you

The position is suitable for you who have completed a college preparatory education in high school or have a vocational education with a few years of relevant experience. What is common among our employees is that you have a genuine interest in technology and want to build on your existing knowledge.

We are therefore looking for someone who:

  • Has completed high school education, preferably with a focus on IT or has another post-secondary education.
  • Has social skills and enjoys taking responsibility.
  • Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English as daily communication occurs in both languages.

As a person, we also see that you are proactive and not afraid to make your own decisions. Additionally, you have a noticeable interest in technology and are driven to solve challenges without clear boundaries and guidelines. Furthermore, we consider it important to be able to independently drive your work forward and that you have a good ability to communicate with customers and provide excellent service.
