About the position

As a solution architect in the Pharmaceuticals department, you will be part of a context where we together develop services that enable safe and cost-effective medication management for healthcare, pharmacies, and residents.

The department is responsible for several products, with the National Medication List being one example. We also manage and drive government assignments where the solution architect plays a key role in translating needs into sustainable solutions.

In this role, you will work strategically and operationally close to the business, supporting the translation of needs into concrete and sustainable solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology. In this, you are responsible for finding solutions that meet the business's requirements, as well as ensuring that strategies, standards, principles, and guidelines are followed.

You will be part of a larger architectural context and work together with other architects, teams, and colleagues from other departments. Through established working methods, you contribute to structure, quality, and coherence in our deliveries. You also support ensuring that projects and initiatives follow developed solution descriptions and governing principles.

About you

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who enjoys working with others. In your communication, you are engaged and attentive, with the ability to adapt your message to your audience. It is a given for you to take responsibility for your own work, and you adapt easily to the situation you find yourself in. We also see that you have good analytical skills and are adept at seeing long-term and sustainable solutions in complex contexts.

We are looking for someone who has:

• a university degree as a civil engineer or computer scientist, or equivalent work experience
• several years of current experience working with IT architecture
• the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

• experience working in the healthcare, health, or social care sector
• knowledge of modeling notations such as Archimate and Unified Modeling Language (UML)
• experience with agile working methods and governance models
• experience in software development.
