At DSolution, we are now looking for a senior IT technician who thrives in customer-facing projects and who performs equally well in server rooms and network cabinets as in presales dialogues with decision-makers.

The role in brief

You belong to the IT department and work as a project technician. This means that you:

• Drive customer projects from feasibility study to implementation (migrations, new installations, modernization of platforms).

• Presales together with sales – qualifies needs, designs solution proposals, explains business benefits, and ensures technical/economic accuracy.

• Are sales-aware in everyday life: you capture signals of upselling and cross-selling, sync with the sales team, and log opportunities.

• Are a trusted advisor in sometimes regulated industries (law, banking/finance, insurance): you understand routine and comprehend risk/regulatory requirements, guiding the customer to safe, sustainable choices.

• Collaborate closely with other colleagues in the IT department to deliver uniformly, exchange knowledge, and ensure quality.

What you will do

• Technical design & implementation: M365/Azure services, identity (Entra ID), client management, networking, Windows Server roles, security hardening, and platform configuration.

• Project management and technician: Own your deliveries, plan activities, document, and hand over neatly to operations/service desk.

• Presales & customer dialogue: Workshops, POCs, solution sketches, quotation materials, calculations, and presentations for both technical and non-technical roles.

• Quality & customer satisfaction: Work towards SLAs, ensure follow-up, suggest improvements, and contribute to the continuous development of our delivery.

Who we believe you are

• Senior IT technician/IT generalist (approx. 5–10+ years of experience) with a broad practical foundation in Windows Server, networking, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

• Have worked in-house in a regulated environment and understand the importance of information security, traceability, and policy compliance.

• Communicative and relationship-building – comfortable in customer meetings and used to translating technology into value.

• Sales-aware team player who thrives in cross-functional teams (sales, consulting, service desk) and enjoys capturing opportunities.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

• Have a valid driver's license (category B).

Meritorious

• Certifications (e.g., AZ-104/305, MS-700, SC-900/200).

• Experience with Intune/Autopilot, Exchange migrations, hybrid identity.

• Experience leading workshops/POCs and developing TCO/ROI in presales.
