Section's Mission

The Applied AI section is responsible for developing and managing the lifecycle of AI applications for the agency. We work closely with the operations on both concept development and productization within the AI field to streamline and modernize the agency.

Job Description

As an AI architect, you will play a key role in the agency's AI work. You will work both strategically and hands-on in a multidisciplinary team that creates solutions to match job seekers with employers, streamline processing procedures, and renew the public sector using AI.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop, evaluate, and implement scalable AI solutions for real-world problems
• Design and implement concepts and identify and integrate components
• Analyze data and data quality from a feasibility perspective
• Provide technical and strategic guidance, environmental analysis, and monitoring
• Contribute to knowledge building in new areas

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. The work location is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position

• Academic degree at the master's level in computer science, AI, machine learning, or equivalent, or a civil engineering degree with at least five years of experience
• Several years of work experience in developing and implementing complex AI systems, from concept and architecture to production and lifecycle management
• Experience in risk management within the framework of AI system development
• Good practical and theoretical knowledge of modern AI, e.g., large language models (LLM), large multimodal models (LMM), agent-based AI
• Good practical and theoretical knowledge of modern AI, including evaluation frameworks, handling of hallucinations, and methods for quality assurance of AI systems
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Other Qualifications for the Position

• Knowledge of regulations regarding AI and Data, such as the AI Regulation
• Experience with knowledge graphs
• Experience with container technology, monitoring, and tracking of AI components in operation
