You will step into a key role in the design phase where the focus is on building a cohesive, business-oriented, and sustainable information architecture. The assignment is carried out in a complex environment with cross-functional business processes and system support within ERP, WMS, and TMS.

Here, you will combine a strategic holistic perspective with operational execution. You will work closely with the business, architects, and other stakeholders to create a common foundation for central information objects, data models, and information flows. The role suits you if you thrive in larger change initiatives where multiple programs are running in parallel and where clear choices, coordination, and anchoring are crucial.

• Drive and coordinate the information architecture in the assignment.
• Establish and anchor a common reference information model for cross-functional information needs.
• Define and secure common semantics, terminology management, and responsibility for master data.
• Identify and analyze differences between business process needs, vendor standards, and existing adjacent systems.
• Develop decision-making materials for choices related to central information objects and information structure.
• Support and guide solution architects on issues related to information architecture.
• Produce and ensure quality deliverables such as business glossary, information models, mappings, and information flows.
• Ensure clear documentation and a sustainable handover to management.

• You have extensive and documented experience in solution architecture in large and complex IT landscapes.
• You have worked with information architecture in larger platform migrations or system changes.
• You are very comfortable establishing a common terminology, semantics, and master data responsibility across organizational and technical boundaries.
• You have a good understanding of the interplay between business processes, information models, and technical solutions.
• You are experienced in working in environments with multiple parallel programs and many stakeholders where coordination and prioritization are central.
• You can facilitate dialogues and workshops and communicate complex relationships in a pedagogical and trust-building manner.
• You have experience in producing clear architectural deliverables that serve both as decision-making materials and support in implementation.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in information architecture in large retail, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience working closely with external system providers.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS.
• Experience in establishing working methods, forums, and decision structures for information-related issues.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
