Data and Information Analyst

Responsibilities and Tasks
At the Payment Authority, work with data and analysis is central.
We are now looking for someone who wants to work on enhancing the agency's capabilities in data intake and data analysis. The role is located in the data and development department.
In this role, you will actively work with data and data analysis in various phases and create value for our operations. You will work cross-functionally with analysis and refinement of data. Gathering new data sources throughout the chain, as well as actively contributing to the work on data quality and data definitions. The role includes the development and implementation of processes for, e.g., data quality and traceability. The work requires close collaboration with other agencies and stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has
- A university degree in, for example, informatics, statistics, or computer science
- At least three years of experience in formulating queries against large datasets using SQL
- At least three years of experience in assessing data quality and identifying potential applied analyses
- At least three years of experience in working with analysis and documentation of data
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
It is meritorious if you also have
- Experience in information architecture
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience in programming with Python
- Experience with metadata tools
Skills and Abilities
To succeed in the role of Data and Information Analyst, you are structured and goal- and result-oriented. You have a creative approach and are proactive. You have good judgment, strong collaboration skills, and a well-developed problem-solving analytical ability.
Other
The workplace is in Stockholm. The agency is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. Security clearance may be required. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. You may be placed in a war position at the agency.
