Do you want to be the one who ensures that our measuring instruments are always where they should be – and that our internal systems run smoothly? As our new colleague in Stockholm, you will be a central link between technology, logistics, and operations. You will work closely with our Swedish and Nordic technical team and have a broad role with a focus on both hardware and software.

Our business idea is to create security for construction actors and local residents in connection with construction and environmental projects. The company is currently one of the market leaders in Sweden in controlling environmental impact, and our ambition is continued growth. Forcit Consulting AB has offices in nine locations in Sweden with approximately 40 employees. Our clients are primarily contractors in earthworks and construction as well as construction actors in infrastructure and property development projects.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work independently as the spider in the web and be responsible for ensuring that our systems and measuring equipment function and are in the right place, so our team can deliver the best possible service to our customers.

  • Provide basic technical support for our systems and equipment.

  • Ensure control and coordination of the instrument fleet in Sweden together with the Swedish and Nordic technical team.

  • Be responsible for instrument logistics in Sweden, including shipping equipment between regions.

  • Perform minor upgrades, adjustments, and improvements to instruments.

  • Administer, support, and further develop the company's internal operational systems in close collaboration with the Swedish and Nordic teams.

  • Coordinate and administer the company's IT systems and devices and provide support and assistance with technical issues together with the Nordic and group-wide technical teams.

Skills and qualities:
  • Technical understanding - experience with hardware, instruments, or system administration

  • Problem-solving – ability to analyze and solve technical challenges quickly and effectively

  • IT skills – basic system development or administration of operational systems

  • Communication – good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken

  • Organizational skills – structure and order in logistics and coordination

  • Customer focus – solution-oriented and service-minded attitude

  • Collaboration – enjoys working in teams and contributing to a positive work environment

  • Drive and initiative – “Yes-we-can” attitude, proactive and responsible

Requirements:
  • Class B driver's license and own car

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
