Do you want to get a foot in the IT industry and work hands-on with technology in an important community service? 🚀 We are now looking for a support technician for an exciting consulting assignment in Täby!

In this role, you will work closely with users and manage IT equipment in a varied everyday life where service and accuracy are in focus 💻

About the assignment

As a support technician, you will work with circular management of hardware for both employees and students. This means that you will check, prepare, and, if necessary, decommission IT equipment.

You will also:

work in the support desk and assist users on-site
handle cases via phone and case management systems
provide support in various operations
work on-site in Täby

Evening work may occur.

Requirements

• Previous experience to achieve competence level 1 must be substantiated with a CV • A driver's license is required

Meritorious

• Strong communication skills in Swedish • Understanding of the importance of maintaining a high service level and having a professional and positive customer approach

Other

A criminal record extract must be presented at the interview
The work is performed on-site at the client's premises
