About the assignmentYou will join an organization in the healthcare sector that is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation. The focus is on moving from system-centered solutions to a more information-centric approach where data can be shared, reused, and understood across organizational and technical boundaries.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team that develops platforms, integrations, and common building blocks with broad usage in the organization. The assignment is suitable for you who want to combine agile leadership with coordination in a technically advanced and regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and support the team's agile working methods based on Scrum and related methods.
- Facilitate planning, follow-up, and improvement work with a focus on the whole, flow, and delivery capability.
- Manage obstacles, dependencies, and coordination in collaboration with other teams and functions.
- Be a natural link between the team, product management, architecture, and the rest of the organization.
- Contribute to a culture characterized by trust, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Support the development of agile leadership in an environment with high demands for collaboration and structure.
- You have at least 2 years of documented experience in the last 5 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role.
- You have experience from at least one assignment where agile methods have been applied in an organization with at least three parallel development teams or equivalent complexity.
- You have experience from at least two assignments where the team consisted of multiple competencies such as developers, architects, operations/DevOps, or testing.
- You have experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops such as sprint planning, retrospectives, or PI planning in at least two assignments.
- You have completed at least two relevant assignments of equivalent scope and complexity.
- These assignments must have involved work in the role of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent agile leadership role in at least one cross-functional team within IT, system development, or platform development.
- The assignments must have lasted for a continuous period of at least six months and have been completed within the last five years.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in technically advanced environments with architecture and platform issues.
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or other regulated industries.
- Experience from assignments where integration solutions or API-based system integration have been a central part of the delivery.
- Experience with information models, data modeling, or information architecture.
- Experience from environments where interoperability between multiple systems or organizations has been a central part of the solution.
- Experience with work related to standards or frameworks for information exchange, such as HL7, FHIR, or openEHR.
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB
- Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
