Role Description

We are looking for an experienced automation tester for a project focused on quality assurance of systems related to identity management, registration processes, and complex integrations. The role involves overall responsibility for testing work – from planning and automation to documentation and reporting – in an environment where multiple systems are developed in parallel with different release cycles. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is a natural and central part of the daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test cases and test suites
• Plan and execute testing activities prior to release and deliver structured test plans and test reports
• Perform manual testing as needed
• Identify, document, and follow up on deviations
• Ensure that test automation is applied where it is appropriate and effective
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and other relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and testing tools

Requirements

• At least 4 years of documented experience in practical API testing and integration testing, acquired in the last 10 years
• At least 2 years of documented experience in testing systems with multiple data sources and integration dependencies, acquired in the last 5 years
• At least 4 years of documented experience in test automation with modern tools for web or API testing, such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework, acquired in the last 10 years
• Documented experience in independently creating test plans and test reports prior to release from at least 2 previous assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in testing or developing authentication flows and technologies, such as BankID, Freja, SAML, or OIDC (at least 2 assignments)
• Experience in testing within CI/CD pipelines (at least 2 assignments)
• Experience in load testing (at least 2 assignments)
• Experience in testing in environments with parallel release cycles (at least 2 assignments)
• Experience in testing methodology and testing frameworks in complex system landscapes within organizations with more than 5,000 users (at least 2 assignments)
