About the role This is an interim or consulting assignment where you will play a key role in leading and developing a modern IT environment. The client is in an exciting phase, focusing on strengthening infrastructure, streamlining internal tools, and creating sustainable long-term solutions.

The focus is on ensuring that the platforms are stable, secure, and scalable, as well as leading and coaching an experienced team of developers and technical specialists. You will also work with the design and maintenance of Linux-based environments, primarily based on RHEL, and collaborate with development, security, and product teams to ensure that the platform meets the business needs.

In addition, you will contribute to improving processes and enhancing the reliability of systems, as well as participating in discussions regarding the choice of infrastructure technologies and long-term development.

Your future responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for architecture and technical direction while leading the team's daily work.

• Define and further develop architecture for infrastructure and internal tools

• Lead and coach a team of developers and technical specialists

• Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to drive technical initiatives

• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective working methods

• Participate in strategic decisions related to technology choices and platform development

We are looking for you who

Requirements:

• Have several years of experience as a system architect in infrastructure or platforms

• Very good competence in Ansible and Terraform

• Solid experience with OpenStack (or similar private cloud platforms)

• Advanced knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL-based)

• Have previous experience leading technical teams

• Are used to working closely with both technology and business

Meritorious:

• Experience with tool platforms or internal developer tools

• Experience in change management in technical environments
