At Hemglass IT, you will become part of a small but highly engaged team that is passionate about delivering and contributing to the best possible digital experience for all customers and employees every day! We have a modern infrastructure with a variety of business-critical IT systems, either from suppliers or developed in-house. The IT support plays a crucial role in supporting employees in their daily work and relieving the other roles in the team.

We are looking for one to two people for the role, with hours adapted to your internship and studies. Selection is ongoing, so we warmly welcome your application!

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Are studying a post-secondary education, likely YH (vocational higher education), in IT with concrete knowledge of clients and infrastructure.
  • It is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience in: Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Exchange, UniFi Network, AWS, Azure, Windows 11, payment terminals/mobile devices, Power BI.
• Are curious, social, and communicate fluently in Swedish.
• Enjoy a fast pace and new challenges but are also meticulous and structured.
• Can be present at the headquarters in Stockholm (Norrtull, north of Odenplan).
