About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and technical support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve technical issues, and work proactively to improve the customer experience. The role requires good technical understanding, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as escalate more complex cases.
  • Work proactively to improve the customer experience and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Fluently speak and write Danish, Swedish, and English.
  • Have previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role (preferably within IT, telecom, or SaaS).
  • Are solution-oriented and accustomed to handling technical issues in a structured manner.
  • Have strong communication skills and can adapt your communication to the customer's needs.
  • Are analytical, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have good IT understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technical solutions.

Plus:

  • Experience working with support for complex software systems or medical record systems.

What we offer

This is a consulting assignment with initial employment with us at OIO. The plan is that this will eventually turn into a permanent position, provided that both you and our client are satisfied with the collaboration. While you are employed by OIO, we offer a fixed monthly salary, paid vacation from day one, and a high wellness allowance.

  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary
  • Location: Central Stockholm - 100% on-site
