SAP Sales Consultant

Background and Requirements

As part of a global harmonization initiative, an upgrade of the current SAP platform is being carried out with the goal of standardizing and streamlining business processes across all units. Within this work, there is a significant need for expertise in SAP Sales (SD) to ensure that sales and order management processes are harmonized in line with the target vision.

To meet the project's requirements for pace, quality, and coordination between local and global processes, the team needs to be strengthened with an experienced SAP Sales Consultant.

Purpose of the Assignment

The purpose is to support the work of analyzing, designing, and implementing harmonized SAP Sales processes in connection with the upgrade (e.g., to S/4HANA), and to ensure that the solution supports both global standards and local business needs.

Responsibilities

The consultant is expected to contribute with:

Analysis and harmonization of existing Sales processes
Configuration and adaptation of SAP Sales (SD) in the target platform
Active participation in workshops with global and local stakeholders
Contributing to the development of functional specifications and solution proposals
Support during data migration and transformation of existing structures
Participation in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect management
Ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer to the line organization
Participation in the creation of training materials and training sessions

Competency Requirements

Extensive experience with SAP Sales (SD) in an S/4HANA environment
Strong understanding of global templates (template-based implementation)
Experience with harmonization and transformation projects
Ability to navigate a global organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and Swedish (preferred)
Availability for both on-site and remote work
