We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on the DORA regulation. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week.

The role primarily involves working closely with business stakeholders to capture data requirements and provide support in data-related matters. The consultant is responsible for tracking and quality-assuring data flows to maintain transparency and accountability, as well as managing the processes governing the entry, storage, and retrieval of information in the Third-Party ICT Contracts Register and DORA’s regulatory traceability matrix.

A key responsibility is mapping the data foundation required by the register—for example, identifying which entities utilize ICT services and how ICT applications are linked to business products and services. The role also involves ongoing monitoring and improvement of data quality, accuracy, and completeness, as well as documenting and proposing methods, routines, and standards for data governance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Power BI, including loading large datasets, processing and modeling via Power Query and Power Pivot, building relationships, and creating interactive reports for publication on internal report servers and use in management reporting.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and schedule work to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience collecting and registering information in the DORA Register of Information (RoI).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance, including data encryption and access control.
• Familiarity with and practical experience of the RoI’s Technical Implementing Standard (ITS).
• Very proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, including formulas, analytical functions, and Power Query.
• Good command of English.
