You will step into a central role in the work of further developing a container platform spanning both our own datacenter and Azure. The focus is on OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), where you help build a stable, secure, and scalable platform that meets both technical and business needs.

You will become part of a platform team where you combine architecture, implementation, and hands-on support. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to enable the migration of applications to ARO while simultaneously strengthening the long-term ability to manage and maintain both OpenShift on-prem (SDDC) and ARO internally.

Here you will work in a technically complex context where you make a concrete difference in a modern hybrid environment and contribute to genuine knowledge transfer.

• You drive the installation and configuration of ARO, including network settings, security configurations, and integration with existing systems.
• You collaborate with software development teams to plan and execute a test deployment of applications in ARO.
• You analyze the platform's performance and identify improvements in scaling, resource utilization, and optimization of the ARO environment.
• You contribute to the platform meeting relevant regulatory requirements by implementing and monitoring security measures.
• You support and train internal teams in the operation and management of OpenShift on-prem (SDDC) and ARO to ensure long-term sustainability.
• You create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to the platform.

• Expert competence in OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Experience with the installation and configuration of ARO.
• Ability to work with network settings, security configurations, and integration with existing systems.
• Experience in optimizing performance, automating scaling, and managing resources in a container platform.
• Experience in supporting the migration of applications to ARO.
• Ability to support and train internal teams as well as create and maintain technical documentation.
• Good proficiency in Swedish.
