At Visionera, you have the opportunity to combine development with technical leadership. We are looking for a driven full-stack developer with a strong interest in technology who wants to grow in the role. Here you will work broadly across the entire tech stack, from architecture to operations, alongside colleagues who are passionate about development, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for you who have a great interest in technology and development. The role offers exciting technical challenges and a clear career path towards a central position.

Do you want to continue developing technically while eventually gaining the opportunity to take greater responsibility for architecture, technology choices, and development? Visionera is now looking for a full-stack developer driven by technology, problem-solving, and continuous development. Here you will work in a DevOps team where you develop alongside colleagues and can eventually grow into a role as Lead Developer or Tech Lead.

About the role

Visionera is looking for a full-stack developer who wants to help further develop the company's own SaaS platform, VisionFlow – a solution for project, case, and customer management used by both private and public organizations in Sweden and internationally. You will work with Java, JavaScript, databases, infrastructure, and platform, becoming part of an engaged DevOps team where development takes place across the entire tech stack – from frontend and backend to databases, infrastructure, and operations. The role suits you who thrive on varied technical challenges and want to develop alongside a company where you have significant influence over both product and technology. Over time, you will take more responsibility for technology choices, architecture, and development. For the right person, there is a clear path to a more leadership role where you become central in shaping both product and team. The role is based at Visionera's office at Odenplan, where the entire development team works closely together. For you who want to develop technically, this means great opportunities for daily knowledge exchange, quick feedback, and close collaboration with experienced developers.

"At Visionera, we build products that make a real difference, and we do it together. As a full-stack developer, you get great responsibility, direct impact, and the opportunity to work with modern technologies in a team where ideas quickly become reality. You will work with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues who are passionate about code quality, smart solutions, and staying at the forefront of technology. We believe in transparency, curiosity, and continuous development, both as a company and as individuals."
– Jonas Fagerström, CEO & Founder
