We are looking for a supporting cybersecurity consultant for an assignment with a member organization in the public sector. The assignment is part of a strategic initiative focused on strengthening the joint cybersecurity capability within public operations. You will become part of a cross-functional team where competencies in areas such as cybersecurity, law, procurement, and business development collaborate to develop decision support and long-term solutions. This role is suitable for someone who is structured, analytical, and thrives in working closely with various stakeholders in an operation with a strong societal focus.

In this role, you are responsible for providing operational support to the project and contributing to ensuring progress, structure, and quality in the deliverables. You document workshops, meetings, and dialogues in a structured manner and compile analyses and decision support materials. You actively participate in the creation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables, as well as conducting independent analyses within defined areas. The role also involves coordinating meetings and workflows, supporting project administration, and contributing to gathering needs and perspectives from municipalities, regions, and other relevant actors. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the project team throughout all project phases.

• Strong ability to structure and document work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish.
• Education in cybersecurity or information security, for example, university or university college education, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a similar assignment.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively.
• Basic understanding of systematic cybersecurity work.
• Reference assignments must be presentable with contact details for the reference.

• Experience working in the public sector.
• Experience in analysis or investigation work.
• Experience in operational cybersecurity, for example, incident handling or CERT-related work.
• Experience in vendor follow-up or management of third-party risks in IT.
• Experience in steering, development, or implementation of joint working methods or models.
• Experience in project support or a corresponding role.

• Location: Stockholm.
• Remote work: The assignment is performed on-site.
• Scope: Approximately 50% (approx. 20 hours per week). The scope may vary over time.
• Assignment period: September 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
