You will become an important part of a team responsible for a shared data warehouse solution in a larger operation with many stakeholders and large information flows. Here, you work closely with both business, operations, and development to ensure that decision support, reporting, and information supply maintain high quality and meet real needs. The role combines analysis, user support, and improvement work, and suits you who thrive when you get to understand patterns in complex information and turn insights into concrete solutions. • You work closely with business and IT to strengthen data quality in the existing data warehouse solution.
• You are responsible for user support and training within existing Power BI standard reports, information supply, and related systems.
• You analyze incoming questions, problems, and needs, identify patterns, and drive improvement proposals.
• You collaborate cross-functionally within the organization and coordinate work with operations and development partners.
• You capture the business's need for analysis and translate them into technical solutions.
• You plan and conduct tests and follow up on quality in deliveries.
• You identify and drive improvement and decommissioning initiatives where it creates clear value.

• Good experience with analytical models in a data warehouse.
• Experience from shared decision support across the business.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI Report Server (on-premise) for analysis and reporting.
• Experience working closely with business and translating needs into concrete improvement proposals and technical solutions.
• Good understanding of quality and details in analytical work.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Experience with analysis in banking and insurance with a focus on customer engagement.
• Experience from larger and complex organizations with many stakeholders.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

• Experience with Agile development and work in train structures (SAFe).
