This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Skyresponse.

Skyresponse was founded in 2012 and is a Swedish technology company offering solutions for alarm and event management, primarily within personal care, including elderly care, and personal safety, but increasingly also within smart buildings and other IoT areas. We handle over 16 million alarms and events per month for more than 700 end customers in Europe, both within municipalities and private companies.

Skyresponse ensures with the highest possible availability that actions always reach the right person, machine, or system through a configurable alarm rule engine. All services are cloud-based, fully scalable, and globally accessible. Through their open APIs, they allow partners to quickly integrate new alarm devices, exchange information, and data with other platforms.

Skyresponse has offices in Stockholm and Luleå, and also has employees in the UK and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for driving various types of projects related to the Skyresponse platform. The projects are often small to medium-sized but vary in content, ranging from integrations to development initiatives and onboarding of new partners.

The role involves many contact points where you drive dialogue with both partners, end customers, and internal teams. You are also responsible for follow-up, quality assurance, testing, and ensuring deliveries are completed – including ensuring that work is billed correctly.

In this role, you will also:

  • Ensure professional delivery and satisfied collaboration partners
  • Lead implementation and development projects with external and internal contact points
  • Establish overall project plans with estimated timeframes
Education, experience, and personal qualities
  • Relevant post-secondary education in project management, IT, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably within an IT environment, is meritorious
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
