As a Dispatcher at our client's company, you play a central role, acting as the link between the client's needs and the technicians' efforts. The role involves coordinating schedules and resources to ensure an efficient workflow. About the Role

In the role of Dispatcher, you act as the link between the client's order and the technician's execution. You work proactively to coordinate schedules and ensure that all parties have the right information at the right time.

Our client is a Nordic company offering services within infrastructure for telecommunications, broadband, electricity, and transport. They focus on building and maintaining critical infrastructure that enables communication and energy supply. The company works with both private and public actors and strives to combine efficiency with sustainability.

Responsibilities

The role involves handling a high pace where the phone and computer are your primary tools for solving logistical challenges and providing first-class service.

  • Book and coordinate technician visits for private individuals and external clients
  • Handle incoming cases via phone and email
  • Register and update information in internal and external case management systems
  • Ensure that orders flow smoothly from order to completed work
  • Report status and results to the client and orderer
  • Coordinate technician resources for both Stockholm and Gothenburg
  • Assist with other office administration as needed

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least a high school diploma
  • Have good computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Have experience handling customer contact via phone
  • Have experience in administrative work
  • Have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience from a similar role
  • Experience working in specific case management systems
