You will step into a strategic assignment with a larger player in public healthcare who is undergoing a comprehensive generational shift in healthcare IT. The goal is to create a modern, flexible, and patient-safe environment where information can be used effectively throughout the care chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for the output area within Anesthesia and ICU, connected to the new journal system CHA. The focus is on enabling the connection between CHA's databases and services for analysis and visualization, as well as establishing sustainable output management in the organization's data warehouse. You will work in a leading role with many parallel workflows and have a clear responsibility for driving the work forward with a holistic view, structure, and technical understanding.

• You drive, plan, and coordinate the project related to output connected to CHA.
• You lead the work in several parallel workflows and follow up on deliveries, dependencies, and progress.
• You establish output management for CHA data in the data warehouse, including data integration from CHA DW.
• You ensure the transformation of data according to the RAW → CLEAN → CONSUME model.
• You are responsible for ensuring that data models and definitions are documented clearly and structured.
• You work to enable analyses across multiple data sources, for example, through connections to TakeCare data.
• You ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the operations and are built on an efficient and future-proof architecture.
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within data, analysis, and IT.

• You have at least twelve (12) years of documented experience working as a data scientist, statistician, project manager, and/or advisor in data and advanced analytics.
• You have documented experience working with access control of data, models, and applications.
• You have documented experience in data quality from perspectives beyond accuracy, such as coherence and timeliness.
• You have documented experience in Python, R, and SQL.
• You have documented experience in quantifying business benefits when applying visual analytics, statistics, machine learning, and AI.
• You have documented experience leading projects and use cases in advanced analytical areas such as machine learning and AI.
• You have an educational level equivalent to a bachelor's degree in statistics.
• You have documented experience in establishing effective data flows.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have completed two reference assignments of similar scope and complexity, in the role of project manager or equivalent, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and leading the realization of data and analytics-related solutions. The assignments must have lasted at least five (5) months and been completed within the last three (3) years.

• You have experience leading work in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics from a value-creating and customer-oriented perspective as a project manager.
• You have experience leading the entire workflow around output, from technical platform implementation to advanced analytics.
