HR System Administrator
Do you want to contribute to developing the municipality's digital HR work and create sustainable, efficient, and user-friendly processes? We are currently seeking an HR System Administrator who wants to take a central role in our continued digital development. Since the role is new, you have the opportunity to help shape its design.
About Us
The Employer Unit is tasked with coordinating, developing, evaluating, and analyzing the strategic work within employer issues, with the aim of Haninge Municipality reaching its goals. The unit currently consists of a manager and 6 employees. The employees in the unit have various specialist areas, such as a negotiation manager, strategist, and HR administrator.
We are located in bright and pleasant office premises with good parking facilities and proximity to a shopping center, restaurants, a nature area with swimming, ski and running trails, and to Handen commuter train station, only 20 minutes from Söder. We have free access to a gym in the municipal building, a wellness allowance, as well as the possibility of vacation exchange and free days.
We have a remote work agreement of 60%.
The Role:
As an HR System Administrator, you are responsible for the further development and administration of the municipality's HR systems. You will work to streamline and digitize HR processes to improve follow-up, increase quality, and create better decision-making bases – while contributing to a good user experience for managers and employees.
You are part of the municipality's system administrator forum and serve as an important link between the HR department and the IT unit. You also have ongoing contact with system suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop e-services and digital HR solutions
- Establish, update, and manage system administration plans
- Ensure that system documentation is current, correct, and purposeful
- Be responsible for overview, documentation, and follow-up of system integrations
- Provide support for system-related issues
- Participate in system handovers, changes, and decommissioning
- Work to ensure that systems are stable, secure, and adapted to the needs of the operations

Requirements:
- Has experience in system administration or a similar role
- Has a good understanding of system integrations and information flows
- Has experience in digitizing HR processes, system integrations, and system documentation
- Has excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Has a university degree or education that the employer considers equivalent
