You will step into a central role within a data-driven organization in the retail sector, where data is used to create better decisions and drive development throughout the entire operation. Here, you will work with very large data volumes and be involved in the entire analysis chain, from requirement definition and data collection to modeling, visualization, and communication of insights.

You will become part of a Data & Analytics environment where you collaborate closely with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to share knowledge within the team and help develop effective workflows within analysis. • You will work through the entire analysis value chain, from understanding and defining needs to collecting, processing, modeling, and visualizing data.
• You will produce analyses and insights that support both technical teams and business-oriented decision-makers.
• You will build and further develop data models with a focus on quality, structure, and usability.
• You will create clear visualizations and reports that make complex data easier to understand and use.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with different parts of the organization to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
• You will contribute to the team's development by sharing knowledge and improving workflows and analysis methods.

• Extensive experience with SQL and DBT, with the ability to work independently and confidently.
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with GCP.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Experience with Looker, including work with semantic layers.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, e.g., with Copilot or Claude.
