As a Product Trainer, you will become part of a twelve-person team consisting of product trainers and technical writers. Your main task is to prepare and conduct training for customers' operators and technicians in connection with the delivery of technical systems. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with world-leading technology in an innovative company with great development opportunities. Since the training takes place globally, international travel is included in the role, approximately 20–50 travel days per year. The role involves ongoing preparation, study, and material development to ultimately encompass customer training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build, and update training materials and study new or existing systems.

• Conduct training on-site at the customer, which regularly involves international travel.

• Train customers' operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel in various technical systems.

• Adapt training to different customers' technical solutions and conditions.

• You always work together with a colleague – both during training and travel.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and a basic technical understanding.

• You have a pedagogical interest, a willingness to work as a trainer, and are comfortable speaking in front of a group.

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Swedish citizenship.

  It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, radio systems, communication systems, or radar.

• University degree in a technical field.

• Military background or experience from the Swedish Armed Forces.

• Previous experience as a trainer or teacher.

This position is security classified, which means you will need to undergo and pass a security clearance to be employed.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
