You will join a data-driven environment within the grocery retail sector where large data volumes are used to create clear business insights. Here, you will work closely with both IT and business operations, taking responsibility for the entire analysis process, from understanding needs to turning data into visualizations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

You will become part of a competent Data & Analytics team with many touchpoints and a great opportunity to influence how analysis is conducted in practice. • Capture and clarify business needs together with various stakeholders.
• Collect, process, and model data to create a stable foundation for analysis.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards that make complex information clear and usable.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing analysis methods and ways of working within Data & Analytics.
• Work closely with both IT and business operations to create business value through data.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience with SQL and DBT.
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with GCP.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience with Looker, including semantic layers.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, such as Copilot or Claude.
