We are looking for someone to take responsibility for defining and driving requirements for the procurement and implementation of a new e-commerce system. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering needs, analyzing the market, and documenting requirements, as well as ensuring that the solution meets the organization's needs. You will work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, IT, digitalization, and legal, and collaborate with purchasers and managers.

You will lead meetings, coordinate resources, and ensure that all documentation and administration related to requirement specification are carried out in a structured manner. The goal is to create a basis for agreements with suppliers who can deliver according to the authority's needs.

Qualifications – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in requirement specification for IT system procurement, including at least one e-commerce system procurement within the public sector.
• Experience in leading the implementation of at least one e-commerce system or similar system.
• Good knowledge of procurement, logistics, and invoicing, as well as the ability to communicate with relevant teams throughout the procurement and implementation process.
• Knowledge of the public procurement process and regulations.

Desirable Experience

• At least two procurements of e-commerce systems, of which at least one is within the public sector.
• Experience with more than one implemented e-commerce system.
• Participation in three or more procurements of e-commerce systems.
