About the Role

Svenska Kraftnät is currently seeking a System Developer who will join the INA unit, responsible for providing efficient and value-creating development and management of systems that support business processes and functions related to asset, line, and station management, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation. As a System Developer at Svenska Kraftnät, you will primarily contribute to the ongoing management work related to IFS, but you are also expected to support end-users and participate in dialogue with the business while working on application operations, handling technical issues, and contributing to the ongoing work of developing and configuring the asset structure in the IFS system. In consultation with the client, you may also work on other projects/assignments for Svenska Kraftnät as long as the role, level, and tasks remain the same.

Svenska Kraftnät operates according to the management model PM3 and the project model PPS, which are partially adapted to Svenska Kraftnät's needs. In addition to PM3 and PPS, as a state-owned enterprise, we are governed by guidelines, instructions, and directives. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication skills in Swedish, are structured in your work, and solution-oriented. You also need the ability to take responsibility, plan, and carry out activities with various stakeholders. The assignment is intended to be performed by a resource consultant, a service performed by a Consultant to provide reinforcement to Svenska Kraftnät in the ongoing work performed by Svenska Kraftnät. The execution of these services is led and directed by Svenska Kraftnät.

Responsibilities:

In the role of System Developer/IT Specialist, the tasks will include, among others:

• Development and configuration of the system according to requirements
• Working with, adapting, modifying, and taking responsibility for delivery packages that are developed
• Conducting demos with the business and obtaining acceptance for holistic solutions
• Reviewing code from other system developers
• Supporting users and participating in ongoing dialogue with the business
• Analyzing and resolving bugs reported in the system during development, testing, and production
• Continuous problem management and root cause analysis
• Time estimating development issues
• Documenting solutions in functional specifications and other system documentation
• Supporting change management and upgrades
• Creating instructions for incident management and support
• Collaborating with internal and external parties

Competence Requirements

We expect you to have experience of, and it should be clearly stated in your CV that you have:

• University education of 120/180 credits in Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or at least 5 years of work experience deemed equivalent by Svenska Kraftnät
• At least 5 years of work experience in the role of System Developer during the last 10 years
• At least 3 years of work experience in development (configuration and adaptations) of IFS
• At least 3 years of work experience with Marble (IFS) programming language
• At least 3 years of work experience with SQL/PLSQL
• At least 3 years of work experience with commissioning and upgrades (updates) of IFS
• At least 2 years of work experience with incident management and troubleshooting in IFS
• At least 1 year of work experience with IFS C
• At least 1 year of work experience with agile principles and iterative/incremental deliveries

Added Value Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience working with IFS in asset management and IFS modules: Warehouse, Docs, Asset Des, Purchasing, Maintenance, Linear Asset, and Sales/Contracts.
• At least 1 year of work experience working with IFS modules 'Projects' and 'Projections/Permissions'

Assignment Period: 15/6 2026 - 15/6 2027

Extension Option: +1 year

Scope: 100%

Location: Svenska Kraftnät's premises in Sundbyberg. Possibility for up to 50% remote work.
