About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Axfood IT. There is a possibility for the assignment to be extended.

The IT organization currently consists of 300 employees distributed across development and delivery. Axfood is a company that is far ahead in technology. They constantly challenge themselves to stay at the forefront regarding digitalization and to have the market's most satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for the rollout and update of Axfood's IT environment in the stores. During the initial period of the assignment, the team will work on replacing physical servers in stores, where your responsibility is to follow up on the work and ensure that the systems start and function as planned.

You will work with stores all over the country and have extensive contact with both on-site technicians and store staff in your daily work. In connection with the server replacements, you need to inform the stores about what is happening, guide them through the process, and follow up on any questions or deviations. The role involves a lot of contact via telephone and digital channels, making it important that you are communicative and comfortable with many points of contact.

After the initial period, the work will transition to updating systems in the store environment. Working hours are fundamentally office hours, but during certain periods, early mornings may occur to ensure that store operations can start as planned. Furthermore, you will work from Axfood's office at Torsplan five days a week.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education; IT education is a merit.

• An interest in IT.

• Experience in a service-oriented role.

• Experience working in a grocery store is a merit.

• You express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish.
