As a Fullstack Engineer, you will design, develop, and further develop software solutions for the company's clients. The role involves overall responsibility, where you are involved in everything from architecture and design to implementation and further development.

The role involves:

• Developing and maintaining scalable systems across the entire tech stack
• Working with both backend, frontend, databases, and cloud services
• Ensuring high code quality, security, and long-term sustainability
• Collaborating closely with the customer to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Contributing to architecture and design decisions
• Working with modern tools, including AI support in the development process
• Participating in knowledge sharing and continuous competence development

You will work in consultancy assignments, which means variety, customer contact, and the opportunity to influence solutions in various types of organizations.

• Have at least 4–5 years of experience in software development
• Have a relevant academic education in fields such as computer science or systems science
• Have experience with backend development in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Have worked with modern frontend frameworks
• Have experience working across the full stack (database, API, frontend, cloud)
• Have a good understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software principles
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

• Have experience in consultancy roles and customer-facing work
• Have worked with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Have experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and pipelines
• Have an interest in or experience with AI-driven development tools

• Has a strong focus on quality and professional pride in your work
• Is technically curious and eager to continue developing
• Thrives in broad roles rather than niche specializations
• Has a solution-oriented and business-close mindset
• Is collaborative and happy to share knowledge with others
