You will step into an organization within the education sector that wants to strengthen and further develop its object and portfolio management. Here, you will help put pm3 into practice by improving working methods, clarifying structures, and updating governing materials so that the model delivers real impact in the organization.

You will work closely with those responsible in the business and help leaders, managers, and teams understand, use, and develop object management in a way that works in everyday life. You will combine strategic understanding with an operational approach and contribute to knowledge transfer that strengthens the organization long-term. • You contribute to implementing identified improvements in current working methods and structures within object management.
• You update guidelines and other governing documents related to object and portfolio management.
• You support and coach leaders, managers, and teams to create clarity, efficiency, and better interaction in governance.
• You contribute to efficiency and knowledge transfer within object management.
• You revise and create educational materials within object management for different target groups and roles.
• You are responsible for restarting basic training in object management and hold target-group-adapted and role-based training sessions together with those responsible.

• You have documented and practical experience in implementing object management according to pm3 and/or model responsibility for object management within a government agency.
• You have documented and practical experience in creating, revising, and implementing educational materials, as well as conducting training initiatives for different roles.
• You have documented and practical experience in change management.
• You have documented and practical experience in coaching leaders, managers, and teams.
• You have completed training in pm3.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• You have experience in coordinating and ensuring interaction between line management and object management.
• You have at least 1 year of documented and practical experience working with other governance models within IT, such as agile frameworks.
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a certified object manager.
