Only the best for the best – our personnel philosophy
Castra is a consulting group within IT and Management. Or rather, you could say we are an elite squad. We gather the sharpest and most experienced consultants simply because that is where they get the most out of both their capacity and quality of life. We operate within System Development, IT Infrastructure, IT Governance & Leadership, and IT Security.
We are named Sweden's and Europe's best workplace, for real! It might sound a bit boastful, but we didn't say that. Castra has been certified by Great Place to Work since 2017, an award based entirely on employee surveys. For the past three years, we have been named Sweden's Best Workplace for large companies, and most recently, we took first place among Europe's Best Workplaces. As the icing on the cake, we are also a Gazelle and Career Company!
At Castra, we believe in freedom, development, and community. As a consultant, you decide which assignments you take, when you work, if you want to level up any skills, and how much salary and vacation you take. Being able to build your own brand is just a bonus! Did you think that was it? Then you thought wrong. Support from good managers, activities, a competent and quick sales force, the possibility of co-ownership, great opportunities to influence the company's future, and wonderful colleagues – the list of what makes Castra a fantastic workplace can be very long. The possibilities are pretty close to infinite. Win-win for all parties, we say.
Castra has offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Linköping, Norrköping, Örebro, Jönköping, and Sundsvall.
