Job Description

We are looking for a senior consultant for a strategic and operational role within business development, change management, and digital transformation in the public sector.

The assignment aims to strengthen the organization's delivery capability through the further development and implementation of common processes for governance, delivery, and collaboration. A key part of the assignment is also to support the introduction of a digital collaboration platform designed to improve information sharing, cooperation, and joint working methods within the organization.

The consultant will work closely with operations and management to drive change, develop processes and working methods, and ensure anchoring and implementation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement common delivery and business processes
• Support the development and establishment of agile working methods
• Lead workshops and facilitate change work
• Develop governance, processes, and business-oriented working methods
• Contribute to the development of organizational architecture functions
• Support procurement, implementation, and establishment of a digital collaboration platform
• Ensure implementation, anchoring, and follow-up of change initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in complex business environments

Required Qualifications

• At least nine (9) years of experience in business development within the public sector
• Experience developing agile working methods in the public sector
• Experience developing organizational architecture functions
• Experience having procured and implemented a digital collaboration platform in the public sector
• Experience describing and detailing overarching processes and working methods
• Experience with change management according to ADKAR
• Experience working on a government mandate requiring collaboration with another authority
• Experience with digitalization within healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in agile working methods and change management
• Master's degree in a relevant field
