Job Description

A state-owned organization within the energy sector is currently seeking a System Developer to join a unit responsible for the development and management of systems supporting operational processes related to facilities, pipelines, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation.

In the role of System Developer, you will primarily work with the ongoing management of an ERP system (IFS), but also provide support to end-users, participate in dialogue with the business, and handle application operations and technical inquiries. You will also contribute to the development and configuration of the system's structure. In consultation with the client, work on other projects may occur, provided the role and tasks are equivalent.

The organization operates according to established management and project models and is governed by internal guidelines and instructions. The role requires good communication skills in Swedish, a structured working approach, and the ability to plan and execute activities together with various stakeholders. The assignment is performed as a consulting project led by the client.

Responsibilities

In the role of System Developer/IT Specialist, you will, among other things:

• Develop and configure systems according to requirements
• Adapt, modify, and manage delivery packages
• Conduct demonstrations and ensure acceptance from the business
• Review code from other developers
• Provide user support and participate in business dialogue
• Analyze and fix bugs in various environments
• Work with problem management and root cause analysis
• Provide time estimates for development tasks
• Document solutions and system functionality
• Support change management and upgrades
• Create instructions for incident management
• Collaborate with internal and external parties

Mandatory Requirements

• University education in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a System Developer within the last 10 years
• At least 3 years of professional experience in development (configuration and customization) of IFS
• At least 3 years of professional experience with the Marble (IFS) programming language
• At least 3 years of professional experience with SQL/PLSQL
• At least 3 years of professional experience with commissioning and upgrades (updates) of IFS
• At least 2 years of professional experience with incident management and troubleshooting in IFS
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with IFS C
• At least 1 year of professional experience with agile principles and iterative/incremental deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with IFS in facility management and IFS modules: Warehouse, Documentation, Asset Des, Purchasing, Maintenance, Linear Asset, and Sales/Contracts
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with IFS modules 'Projects' and 'Projections/Permissions'
