Do you want to work close to groundbreaking technology – where your tests actually influence the results? We are now looking for two Test Engineers to join a high-tech R&D team in Kista. Here, you will work hands-on with advanced machinery in a small specialist team where your attention to detail and curiosity make a real difference.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will become part of a tight and competent team where experimentation, analysis, and improvement are at the center. Here, you work closely with the technology, not just on it. As a Test Engineer, you are responsible for testing, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of advanced equipment. The work is practical, methodical, and developmental, with a strong focus on understanding relationships and driving improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing various materials and parameters in advanced equipment
• Collecting, structuring, and analyzing test data
• Adjusting settings to optimize performance and precision
• Identifying cause-and-effect relationships
• Documenting results in a meticulous and structured manner
• Conducting long-term tests to ensure stability over time

The work takes place in both laboratory and production environments, where you will work with cutting-edge technology.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering within mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
• Have some work experience, preferably within testing or technical work
• Enjoy hands-on work and working methodically
• Are meticulous and have an eye for detail
• Have excellent English skills (Swedish is an asset)

This is a perfect role for you at the beginning of your career who wants to work close to technology and quickly build strong competence in testing and analysis.

ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT:

This is a 6-month consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
