About the Role

Our client in the sustainability sector is currently seeking a service-minded individual for a first-line support role to assist their operations during a release happening this spring. As a dispatcher, you will act as the bridge between business support and customers. You will receive incoming cases and route them to the appropriate part of the organization. These cases may cover IT, finance, logistics, and more.

The assignment is full-time and performed on-site in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. We prefer candidates living in the local area to facilitate commuting and flexibility. Full availability is required for the entire assignment, which starts on April 5th and extends for at least three months.

Responsibilities

• Receive cases and distribute them to the correct department
• Work independently on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Document routines, instructions, and solutions in a structured manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and, when necessary, communicate with external vendors

We Are Looking For You Who

• Have experience working in IT support
• Have solid experience with the Microsoft environment, especially Office 365 and Dynamics
• Are service-minded and driven to help users
• Have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Live in Norrort or nearby areas with the ability to commute to Sollentuna daily
• Are available to start immediately
• Are available for the entire duration of the assignment
