Join Our Team as a Kumpan
We believe going to work should be fun. We strive to create a workplace built on shared values, where the collective and competence are at the center. Our Kumpaners are our most valuable asset, and it is through them that many of our decisions are shaped. Here, everyone contributes to shaping our direction forward.
Work is not everything in life
Yes, it is fun to work – especially when you get to solve exciting technical problems together with other skilled developers. But sometimes life gets in the way.
We are a flexible workplace and trust that our Kumpaners make wise decisions that work for both the individual and the company. With us, you get six weeks of vacation, flexibility in your daily life, and the opportunity to occasionally break the routine with conferences or group activities.
It should pay to work
Great people deserve great pay.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous pension contribution and something we consider extra important: here, we share the profits. When things go well for us, it should be noticeable for everyone.
We also maximize the health and wellness allowance and offer excellent health insurance.
Kumpaners are consultants with a sense of community
Our meeting place is the office at Mosebacke. Here we meet a few days a week, put our smart heads together, and solve our customers' problems together.
Lunches, spontaneous discussions about technology, and occasionally a coffee – or a beer – in the afternoon are part of everyday life. Board game nights and DnD sessions also pop up from time to time. In short: we like to socialize, not just work.
Who do we think you are?
You are probably a curious developer who likes to learn new things and dive deep into technology. You thrive in environments where knowledge is shared, architecture is discussed, and technology choices are made pragmatically and professionally.
You enjoy the consultant role and appreciate the variety of different assignments, teams, and technical challenges.
What you need to know when you start with us
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in modern development environments. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- At least six years of experience in Java development and good familiarity with relevant development tools
- Experience with Spring Boot and development of modern backend services and APIs
- Experience with agile working methods, such as Scrum or SAFe
- Experience in developing and documenting REST APIs using tools like Swagger or OpenAPI
- Experience with container-based platforms, such as OpenShift or other Kubernetes-based environments
- Experience with OCI Containers and operations in container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
It is a merit if you also have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with container-based platforms, such as OpenShift or other Kubernetes-based environments
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as Angular.JS, React.JS, or Vue.JS
- Experience with AI solutions in practice, such as working with embeddings, RAG architecture, vector databases, or AI-driven functions in systems
