Do you want to lead business-critical ERP projects and help some of the market's most exciting companies succeed in their digital transformation? As a Project Manager within Dynamics 365, you will have a central role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving customer projects from start to finish.
Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you work closely with customers, consultants, architects, and developers to ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, within agreed timeframes and budget. You are the customer's main point of contact throughout the project and are responsible for creating structure, tracking progress, and managing risks, changes, and dependencies.
A typical day may involve leading project meetings with the customer, following up on schedules and deliveries with the project team, reviewing economics and forecasts, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the right information to make decisions. You manage the project's progress while building long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive projects from idea to final delivery – with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and results, ensuring we deliver according to customer expectations and agreed goals.
Lead and engage cross-functional teams – coordinate consultants, architects, and developers and create conditions for an efficient and motivated project team.
Be a trusted advisor – build strong relationships and act as the main contact throughout the project lifecycle, including facilitating workshops, steering groups, and follow-up meetings.
Ensure quality, progress, and control – proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies, and monitor project economics through forecasts and analysis.
Contribute to our continued development – participate in developing our ways of working, processes, and delivery methodology, and support pre-sales and estimation when needed.
At our company, you will have the opportunity to work on large, complex, and business-critical Dynamics 365 projects for both national and international customers. The role can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.
What we are looking for in a profileYou have at least 3–5 years of experience in project management within ERP, preferably Dynamics 365.
You have the ability to independently drive projects and handle stakeholders at different levels in customer organizations.
You have experience in project control from a commercial perspective, including budget, forecasts, and financial monitoring, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
